Tracy Tallant

With a career spanning over 20 years working for WDH, now Vico Homes, Tracy has recently retired as the Strategic Director of People and Culture and leaded the People and Culture Team and was responsible for Human Resources; Learning and Development and Culture.

With over 30 years’ experience of working within Human Resources, Tracy is a value driven professional and committed to ensuring the employee experience and development of individuals is a key focus.

Tracy is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management.

Tracy grew up in Wakefield and is married with two children and two grandchildren.
