What You Will Study
Delivered at the Castleford training centre of our delivery partner, Viamaster Training.
Course Content:
- RTITB Counter-balance Forklift Truck training and licence
- Low Level Order Picker conversion training
- RTITB Banksman training
Delivered at Castleford College:
- Employability skills
- CV building
- Interview techniques
- Applications
Various days/times between Monday-Friday 07.30-16.30 (hours differ depending on what is being taught on that day) for a maximum of 4 weeks. Practical training held at Viamaster Training Ltd, Castleford. Employability training held at Castleford College.
Practical and theory tests.

- Minimum standard of English (screening will be carried out)
Free for learners who self-refer.
Employers who refer staff will have to pay a contribution - £450pp if you are an SME (fewer than 250 employees) and £1350pp for large businesses (250+ employees).
Job seekers completing the course are guaranteed a job interview with an employer who is looking to hire new Warehouse Operatives.
Employed participants will gain new skills and knowledge which will help them to progress their career.
