Learners can progress from Level 1 to Level 6 through our University Centre at the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group, which delivers degree-level programmes in partnership with leading award bodies and universities.

Since opening in 1984, the College has invested over £35m in modern facilities. Students now benefit from an automated engineering facility featuring the latest Industry 4.0 equipment, state-of-the-art construction workshops, a high-tech IT laboratory, and industry-standard beauty salons.

Selby College also plays a leading role in the Yorkshire & Humber Institute of Technology, one of twelve across the country, designed to equip learners with higher-level technical skills for local employers.

Selby College is conveniently located on Abbot’s Road in the heart of Selby, within walking distance of Three Lakes Retail Park and Selby Train Station.

The College also runs its own bus services across the district, making it easy for students from surrounding areas to travel to campus. Annual bus passes are available for purchase through the College.
